What happens to your payment when a Sawadika clip fails to generate.

If a clip fails to generate
If the generation fails on our side and no clip is produced, you are refunded the full amount you paid for that clip. Write to support@sawadikadanceai.online from the email you paid with and we will process it.
If a clip is not what you expected
These clips are AI-generated and every render differs, so a result you did not like is not a failure. We cannot refund a clip that generated successfully but did not match what you pictured.

Before you pay a second time
Most disappointing renders come from the photo, not the model. Checking the Sawadika photo tips first is usually faster than paying for a second clip.
How long a refund takes
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through PayPal, which typically takes three to five business days to appear.
